The most awesome openings are all in your mind! When you open your mind, you open a whole new universe of possibilities and the universe opens up to you. You change. And you can change the world. It’s a simple concept -- one that we’ve all heard and experienced all of our lives. And yet, we must be continually reminded to keep our minds open.

Our minds have built-in mechanisms that close us off to protect us from risk and danger, as well as to keep us focused. Our incredible sensory systems are constantly bombarded with exponential volumes of stimuli -- far too many for us to process. So filters are important. But it’s also important to consider the new -- new ideas, new tastes, new smells, new music, new art, new philosophies, new friendships, new loves… new everything.
