Pop a little paper umbrella or a blossom into a cocktail glass and you know a beautiful escape is imminent. Whether you are in the tropics or just wishing you could be, we’ve gathered some especially gorgeous liquid escapes for you today. Check them out below.
Three Dots and a Dash is a fabulous place to escape to for some of the best tropical drinks north of the tropics! They call them Painkiller drinks. We won’t argue. They work their own magic with rums and fruit juices, with both vintage and contemporary takes.

A pretty cocktail in a pretty glass, the Pearl Diver, by Jeff Berry, of Beachbum Berry, is an icy spin on a hot buttered rum. Lush and silky, with a few tricks up its sleeve, this is one of the most creative cocktails we’ve added to our escape plans.

The Navy Grog has been around since it surfaced as a welcome escape from sailor tension during WWII. It sported a signature garnish: a cone of ice packed around the straw. Get the recipe and the kit from Beach Bum Berry!

Rated the best bar in the world by the World’s 50 Best Bars, Artesian, in London, offers beautiful escapes in the form of Surreal Cocktails. Check out their cool fur cups and other mind-blowers for a heady dose of Dali, Duchamp and Arp.
Flowers lift us up whenever we want to escape to a higher plane. This Berrylicious Floral Cocktail, by Eden Passante, of Sugar and Charm, does the trick beautifully.
It’s made with strawberries, muddled edible flowers, lemonade and some elderflower cordial. Two different types of ice cubes take it (and us) over the top!
